Evolution – At the end of its turn after defeating five PCs, the mountain tortoise grows a cocoon of bright light around it and is impervious to all damage. The turtle stays in its cocoon for 1 full round, and at the beginning of its second turn, the cocoon breaks open, revealing the Huge Mountain Tortoise that the Mountain Tortoise has transformed into. The Huge Mountain Tortoise still has the same damage and conditions that it had before the evolution.

Rock Blast – The mountain tortoise has a close connection to the earth, allowing it to blast rocks at its enemies. Rock Blast has a range increment equal to the turtle’s Strength modifier × 5 feet. Such attacks also create difficult terrain in a 5-foot-radius area around the target, or a 10-foot-radius area for Huge and larger turtles.
