Heesa Braggart is a small-time outlaw on The Station. With blonde hair and, blue eyes, and frekles, the halfling wanders down below, doing small time deals to keep himself in food and drink. Friendly and gregarious to his benefactors, he responds to threats to himself with deadly force. Behind his facade, however, he watches and catalogs the people who live down below, studying their lives, watching for those who would threaten the safety of The Station. He does whatever he must do to protect his home.
