Shoony: Pug People for Starfinder

Shoony: Pug People for Starfinder was published by Michael Mars, as he had written a Pathfinder 1e conversion of the species, and I built off of that to create a Starfinder variant. He did the layout and the art design, and the title is published in his DriveThruRPG .

This was definitely an April Fools Day product!

Puuuuuuuuuugs in Spaaaaaaace!

His description of the book:

Shoonies are squat, furry humanoids with flattened canid faces and wet, black eyes. Their fur can be a variety of hues and patterns, with the most common colors being fawn or black, and their loose skin gives even the fittest a pudgy appearance. Shoonies have short, curly tails that sometimes wag involuntarily when the shoony is content or particularly excited or pleased. Like canines, shoonies cannot sweat; they pant to mitigate heat and exertion, and it is not uncommon to see a shoony with a perpetually lolling tongue.

Shoonies were introduced to Pathfinder 2nd Edition in the Extinction Curse Adventure Path, and I fell in love with them, despite them being a not very serious race. So, due to my love for them and the silliness of pug people, I present to you my 2021 April Fool's Day publication!
